The Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint, engaging with our community, and driving brand loyalty through innovative social media strategies. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and manage comprehensive social media strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand messaging.
- Create Engaging Content: Design visually appealing graphics and compelling copy that motivates action and encourages customer interaction.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee our presence on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligns with current trends.
- Monitor Analytics: Utilize social media analytics tools to track engagement, follower growth, and conversion metrics; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with customers through timely interactions, responding to inquiries, and managing customer feedback across social channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work alongside marketing and design teams to create cross-promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices to maintain Dominos as an industry leader.
- Plan and Execute Paid Social Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and increase traffic.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position will demonstrate an excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends, along with strong communication skills. You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to engage a diverse audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including emerging platforms and trends.
